Egg omelette pizza recipe

It's a version of pizza, it's made with an egg omelette base instead of wheat flour dough. It's an ideal meal for dinner, it's delicious and the best thing is that it's similar to a pizza. You can find it in "Papa Platano" restaurant, located in the city of Lima, San Borja.

It's well-known as Omelette, there are many people who taste this omelette and recommend it, there are even people who prefer it instead of a pizza.

Eating habits 

Hi, my name is Santiago, I'm from Peru. 

For breakfast I usually eat scramble eggs with bread and chocolate or cereals with milk or fruits salad. I like fruits and I eat apples or banana and other days I like to eat cereal with milk. In lunch I usually eat a portion of meat, some rice or potatoes, some pasta, some lentil and lot of salad. When I have thirst, I drink much water or lemonade. 

For dinner, I often have pizza, it is made from a mass of flour, ham, sausage and cheese.
